1. Parent: How do I find a tutor?
   There are no extra charges when you get a tutor through us. There are 2 ways to do so:
   1. Website: You can fill up our online Tutor Request Form here.
   2. Phone: You can call/SMS/WhatsApp us your requirements at 9423 5483/8133 1287. 
2. Parent: How much does a tutor charge?
   Rates depends on the type of tutors you choose. Tutor qualifications & experience also affect the charges.
   However, we do our best to match a tutor based on your requirements and budget.
   Below is the guided chart to show the estimated hourly charges:  
3. Parent: How do we search for a tutor for you?
   Based on your requirements, we will select a few tutors meeting your requirements and also keen on the assignment.
   We will recommend the most suitable tutor to you.
   There is no obligation to accept the tutor, if you are not satisfied.
   After you have confirmed the tutor, a date for the first lesson through email will be set for you!  
4. Parent: Can I change the tutor after we have started the tuition?
   Yes. In the event where you find that the tutor is not a good fit before completion of 1 month, do contact us for a replacement.
   There is no penalty.
   You just need to pay the tuition fees for the attended lessons to us, through Bank Transfer.
   For e.g. if the tutor charges $25 per hour and has already completed 4 hours of lessons prior to your request, you will have to pay $100.
   Do NOT pay any fees to tutor as My Dazzling Tuition will settle the payment with the tutor directly.
   We will match another tutor to your child.
    
5. Parent: How do I pay the tuition fees?
   Payment is due at the end of 4 weeks.
   You will pay My Dazzling Tuition 50% of the first month’s tuition fee (through Bank Transfer), and the remaining 50% to the tutor.
   For subsequent months, you will pay the tutor in full.
   For cases where the assignment is terminated before 4 weeks, you will pay My Dazzling Tuition the full amount of the incurred cost (through Bank Transfer).
   We will settle the payment with the tutor.
    
6. Tutor: How do I be qualify as tutor?
   a) To be eligible, you must be a Singapore Citizen/Singapore permanent resident or a Valid Employment Pass holder.
   b) On the 1st lesson, you must produce all necessary original documents to certify your academic qualifications, credentials and NRIC to the student or parents, upon request.
    
7. Tutor: Any commission being charged?
   A one-time commission of 50% of the 1st month tuition fee will be payable by you, but collected directly from the student.
   Please DO NOT collect the commission on our behalf.
    
   
8. Tutor: Can I cancelled the tuition after confirmation email agreed by me?
   In the event where you decided to cancel a confirmed assignment before the 1st lesson:-
   With 2 weeks before the 1st lesson given to My Dazzling Tuition: an administrative charge of $80 will be imposed on you.
   With 1 week before the 1st lesson given to My Dazzling Tuition: an administrative charge of $150 will be imposed on you.
   With less than a week before the 1st lesson given to My Dazzling Tuition: an administrative charge of $200 will be imposed on you.
    
   
9. Tutor: What if the tuition is being terminated within first month?
   The minimum commitment period of an assignment is 1 month.
   In the event where the student prematurely terminates the assignment during the 1st month, you will only receive 50% of payment for all attended tuition hours.
   However, if the reason for the student’s termination is due to your fault as a tutor (eg. you are chronically late, constantly using mobile devices, sleeping in class, did not attend lesson without any valid explanation etc), you will bear the full commission charge.
